Solution

Complete infrastructure mapping and diagnostics

The first step of the project was complete mapping and diagnosis of the existing infrastructure, and detailing how solutions could improve the performance and quality of applications, so that Porto Seguro could use all its available technological capacity efficiently. The big challenge was the size of the company, which has become one of the largest in its segment.

In this sense, an action plan was designed to contemplate, among other aspects, greater stability in systemic environments and to increase the quality of applications. To achieve this, reducing the negative impact on systems of deploying new versions or applications would be necessary, as these changes would be made in a productive environment.

Another equally priority point was the implementation of cell one ofTechnical Certification of Applications.
